Refund Policy
1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
2. Memberships and Packages

Monthly memberships and multi-session packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

Memberships cannot be cancelled online. An email will need to be sent via our Contact Us form below to process membership cancellation.

Memberships are not prorated. Cancellation cannot take place until the end of the month.
3. Weather Cancellations

If sessions are canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Canceled sessions will be rescheduled or credited towards future use.
4. Missed Sessions

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.

Make-up sessions may be scheduled at the discretion of the facility management.
5. Instructor Cancellations

If an instructor cancels a session, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
7. Special Events and Clinics

Refunds for special events, clinics, and camps are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of registration.

Typically, these events require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to be eligible for a refund.
8. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant.

Gift certificates do not expire and can be used for any services offered by the facility.
9. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

The facility management reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
10. Changes to Policy

The facility reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
