Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

2. Memberships and Packages

  • Monthly memberships and multi-session packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

  • Memberships cannot be cancelled online. An email will need to be sent via our Contact Us form below to process membership cancellation.

  • Memberships are not prorated. Cancellation cannot take place until the end of the month.

3. Weather Cancellations

  • If sessions are canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Canceled sessions will be rescheduled or credited towards future use.

4. Missed Sessions

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.

  • Make-up sessions may be scheduled at the discretion of the facility management.

5. Instructor Cancellations

  • If an instructor cancels a session, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

6. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us form at the bottom of this page.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

7. Special Events and Clinics

  • Refunds for special events, clinics, and camps are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of registration.

  • Typically, these events require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to be eligible for a refund.

8. Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant.

  • Gift certificates do not expire and can be used for any services offered by the facility.

9. Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • The facility management reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

10. Changes to Policy

  • The facility reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
